Windows Plus proudly services Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Creedmoor, and Research Triangle Park. Some of our services include:
We hand clean the windows. We scrub the glass with soapy water. Our soap has a protectant in it that will help the windows stay clean for longer. Then we squeegee the water off with rubber blades that will not scratch the glass. Finally we wipe the edges with a lint free towel, and wipe down the window sills.
Our soap is mild, and will not harm window tinting or film. When necessary we remove with a scraper any paint, stickers, tape, or other debris.
We use a LOW PRESSURE method that will not damage any paint or siding. We spray a cleaning solution on the house that will kill any mold and mildew, and loosen up dirt and spider webs. Then we rinse the house down with fresh water, again using low pressure. We rinse down all plants and shrubbery before AND after the washing process.
We spray the deck with a cleaning solution that lifts the mold mildew and dirt to the surface, and then we use the correct amount of pressure for wood to rinse the deck clean. There will be no splintering, furring, or other damage to the wood. Again, any plants or shrubbery in the area are rinsed before and after the cleaning process.
We also clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc. We do this safely and effectively while using the correct amount of pressure for each surface we clean. Any chemicals used are environmentally safe.
We spray the roof with our cleaning solution which lifts any mold mildew and dirt to the surface, and then we use very low pressure to rinse the shingles down leaving the roof looking brand new. As always, we rinse all plants and shrubbery around the house before and after this process.
We hand clean the debris out of the gutters and make sure the downspouts are clear and flowing correctly. Finally we clean up any debris that we dropped to the ground.
Many gutters have dark stains on the outside of them that pressure washing will not remove. These stains are from the tar run over from asphalt shingles, and only a degreaser will remove
